If you sent out a Regigigas and a pokemon that knew haze, would using haze negate Slow Start?

Most likely, yes. However, it won't take away that stat decrease.

No, It would not. It is not really a stat decrease, it is an abbility. Sory if this is sketchy, but the answer is, no.

Wow, talk about reviving a dead topic, lol. Um, you could still use Regigigas, but the only strategy I can come up with is to use Dark Void, then hope the opponet stays asleep long enough for Slow Start to vanish.

Switchout and the fact that Regigigas can not learn darkvoid hinders that.
