Interesting.

In that one scene we see Samus in the Power Suit and someone who looks a whole lot like Samus, but with really long hair. You know, at the end. Could this be a sister? A cousin? A MOTHER? Who knows... Lol, that would be pretty strange if it was her mother. Kinda young looking.

But she could be part of this whole Multiplayer thing you want.

Yes, that is the name, for now. Might change actually. But yeah, maybe the M is for metroid. The Other Metroids? Interesting.

Yay for Mother Brain! Anyways I believe that girl is another Samus; maybe she's younger, maybe she's older.

I wonder how often Samus is going to talk in this game? Though if the trailer contains her only words it'd be a let down, but still gratifying that we finally get to hear her talk.

Well, the only thing that was not in Corruption was her talking. Since she talked once, I can see her talking alot in the game. Nintendo is finally straying away from the evercommon Silent Protaganist. I thing that this Voice Acting could add to Overall Awesomeness.

Some people say that they saw "The Young Metroid" in the trailer. I didn't see it.

I agree on that. However, the fact of hearing her talk, and everyone else talk, like in Pirme 3, might not happen. After all, isn't this game the one thats all of them together?

I think it's awesome Samus talked. I certainly hope that she talks throughout the game. That'd be cool.

I think they would gain points for that.

And that lass that I thought was Samus Sister/Mother was not. She is just a "very, very important" character. So says nintendo. Aidtionally they say that there is going to be a huge storyline and that it takes place between Fusion and Super Metroid. Also, Other M is a very important part of the game and it is the title. They say that the gameplay will not be casual and that it is not a game "designed for your mom and your baby brother" (thank God!)

Plus, there will be Morphballs.

I've played enough Metroid games to call myself the Metroid fan and it sounds like Other M will definately appeal to me. I hope Kraid is in it, giant bosses make the morphball ever so much fun.

I'm with Abyss. Plus, giant bosses do seem to make the morph ball fun. Just the fact that you take down 100x bigger than you in a ball makes it funny. Oi, anyone got the release date yet?

I watched the trailer again and saw Mother Brain and the "Young Metroid" at the end. It was pretty hard to tell it was them, but if you looked at it long enough they're instantly recognizable. I like Mother Brain's form because it's a cyclops seemingly made out of energy and I like the "Young Metroid" because it saves Samus... and because it's a Metroid!

Yes I believe so, therefore the Metroid did likewise for Samus. What a brave little trooper, he'd risk his own life without a moment's hesitation.
