That stinks.
But Hail really is very useful IF you have a good Ice team. However, if you don't, than it's pretty bad.

Thats what I said. it has greater type coverage than sandstorm.
But the Sp. Def. boost for rock types make it invaluable.
You can turn Regirock into a better registeel.
