Hello, ladies and gents! Welcome to Oceanic Empire competition #2. The theme this competition is the most horrible yet funniest sounding prank. If you want to judge the competition, which would mean you can't participate, then volunteer here.

Ingredients: dirty old rag, coin.

Put the coin on the sidewalk and hide. When someone bends over to pick the coin up, rip the rag. They'll think they have split their pants!

I hate that movie, Loki.

I'll say...

On a rainy day, when someone comes walking by with their hood down, fill it with rubber cement. You can either do this when their jackets off, or if they're wearing headphones and are oblivious for some reason.

Rubber cement won't come off unless you shave your hair... water just makes it worse. I learned it in Art class. Awesome prank.

You could get every toilet in a specific bathroom, and put ketchup packets under the small areas where the seat rests. Then slip laxatives into someone's lunch, and they'll get ketchup all over their pants, not to mention have a very uncomfortable bathroom break.

I remember that from one of those Captain Underpants books. Plus I've seen the first and final stages of the prank.
