Everything but giga impact for me. Since the rest are legendary dragons, you want Mild, Modest, or Rash nature. That way, you have sp. atk, as for Dragonite, you need Naughty, or Adamant nature. Trust me, I've raised my fair share of pokemon, and those are the prime natures for Attack, and Sp. Attack.

Adamant's the Best, all it does is decrease SP ATK.
