I'm better at planning teams than anyone else here, probably, but I'm also the worst at actually putting them together (probably).

They can be interchanged. They can work alone.
But my ninjask is a team player. Without him half of my strategies fall apart.

I view it as a weakness for a Pokemon to be so vital to a team that the team is next to useless without it.

If I switch him though I need to switch my Breloom and maybe my Blissey.

tyranitar is meant to be physical. It boosts attack so it can be a tank.
