I liked how in the manga chapter "Turn Back The Pendulum" he was a kid and he just stood there grinning and holding his bloody blade. I also like his voice in the English anime more than the Japanese anime.

Could you be more specific? I'll just answer both.

Gin was evil, so he killed some people.
I think the Japanese voice for Gin doesn't sound evil enough compared to the english version. I just personally thought the english version did a better job on Gin's voice.

I want Grimmjow to become good. Dunno why, it just seems he'd fit in with the group. And with him fighting with Renji and Ichigo XD.

Do you think Nel will come back with Ichigo and the others after Hueco Mundo is done?

I prefer him as a villain, he made a really good villain. He was tough, went against orders to finish somebody he didn't like, and he was pretty sadistic.
