I got the whole trilogy told in four parts. The books were good, but I didn't get Trillian's character; she was much better in the movie.

I hated Ford in the books, but I really liked him in the movie.

Have you read the last book? There are 4 you know. I forget how random happened, maybe it was Arthur and Fenchurche's daughter. Beats me...

There are five books, not four. In the last book, at the beginning, you find out that Arthur and Fenchurch were taking a space bus, and when they came out of the random thing(I forget the name of it) Fenchurch was gone, because people from the plural sectors often disappear on the bus. And the Trillian that had Random as a daughter was from a different dimension.

BTW, what's your favorite pun in the entire book series? My favorite would have to be God's message to the universe: "Sorry for the Inconvenince".

mine is: there is a theory that is someone finds out the answers to every question in the universe, and knows everything there is to know, then the universe shall be replaced with somthing far more bizzare.

there is anothor theory that states this already happened.
