Young Link RPG TopicAlright, you may start the RPG now, a map will be posted soon. So far, this will be the premise:
"In Ancient Hyrule, a Hero came and freed the land from the shadowy veil of twilight. Even to this day, fifty years later, twilight is still considered a sign of evil. But all is not well in Hyrule. Dark monsters, seemingly from nowhere, have started to appear. As of now, they are only attacking major provinces such as the Lanayru and Eldin provinces. But their positioning seems to indicate they will soon move down to the Faron and Ordona provinces. Some think the creatures come from the unmistakably evil Gerudo Desert. Others, think they come from the mysterious Snowpeak Mountains. Still, some think that an evil power has been resurected, which surely means doom for them all.
The Zora's live, cloaked behind the Zora Falls, in Zora's Domain, to the North. They live in seclusion and thus far have not been attacked by the shadowy creatures. In order to keep their location a secret, they have cut off comunications with Hylians and Humans alike. They live in the reclusive northern part of the Lanayru province, but negotiations with them have been ruled out because of all the monsters in the province of late.
The Gorons live to the West in the volcanic Death Mountain. Goron City is built a little ways off the crater, and is filled with hot springs. The monsters originally attacked the Gorons, but the Gorons drove them off, back down the mountain to Kakariko Village. Originally, the Patriarch sent some Gorons to help the humans, but after they didn't return, the Patriarch decide it was a lost cause, and has blockaded the side of the mountain so no humans or monsters alike can reach their volcanic city. Word of their fate is unknown.
Down in the Ordona province is the Deku Palace. Here, the Dekus, who are too stubborn to even communicate with humans, have no idea of the impending threat. As reclusive and stubborn as usual, no humans are allowed on their land. It seems moot, since their defense is so strong they should well be able to defend their lands. Some of the worrisome humans from the nearby village have tried to meet with the Deku King, but none of those humans return. Some think that the Dekus may even be a bigger threat than the monsters.
Hylians, who live to the West in a Castle Town right below the Gerudo Desert, have been hit the hardest. The castle and the town has been captured by monsters, who now use it as a base of operations. There are some small divisions of rebellions inside the castle walls, but they are dying. Other human settlements are Kakariko village, which has been abandoned by the humman settlers to underground hideouts, and and Ordonian village next to the Dekus. Their relationship with the Dekus is terrible, and they have a fear of Deku attack. There is a village in Faron Woods, but they are all aware of the attack, and have created a militia beside the Hylian guard to defend their village. There is also a settlement at the base of Zora falls, that has been captured by monsters. Even the village at the base of Goron City has been cut off from communication."
This is the premise, go ahead and do whatever you want. Once everyone agrees to end this arc, a new premise will be created.

The wind blew as Ratious walked at the base of the mountain Snowpeak. It was the biggest, and closest in the Freezard Mountain range to the Northwest of Hyrule. It was the only one in the Hyrule's boundaries, but there had been long talk of including the others. "The others aren't important right now." Ratious thought. He was a novice, if you will, in the Hylian Gaurd. His mission was relatively simple. Climb the mountain about four thousan feet until he reached the Necessis Basin. The Necessis Basin was a large, crater in use of a better word, on the edge of the mountain. Iron deposits had been discovered there a few weeks back. He was to establish a trail for the Hylian Gaurd, and set up a camp at what would look like a reasonable camp-site. It was thought that civillians would move there and eventually create a community, because the Great King David Hyrule III wants to increase Hyrule's size, and encourages any settlement to border regions.
Filling it would be no problem, fortunatly. With word of armies of monsters approaching Hyrule, migration is of no problem to Hyrulians. "Anything to get away, I suppose." Ratious was dull in his thought. He didn't want to leave. He for one wanted to stay at Castletown and defend it from the monsters. Even more he wanted to bring the fight to them. He wanted total war. Perhaps if he had seen the mighty claw of war, he would have reconsidered. But there was no changing his mind. He headed up a trail on the mountain.
