I usually test a person's skills before I give them a high rank like that. Each of my Lords, I believe were tested before I left IL, and when I first came to CA. As powerful as they are, they still need training. Thats where Storms, Bondage, and I come in. We are always learning new strategies, and making new ones on our own. So, yeah, its a lot of work.
