no, I think EO should only add REASONABLE emoticons, or things that actually express emotion
not emoticons that they want you to add just so that it's slightly easier for them to put their favorite pictures in their posts...

I failed. Its so difficult, and it needs so much stuff in order to be put into the selection. Perhaps Aima-chan or Kaen could give me a tip. They have tons of smilies in the PNC.

What I had to do was save the file and upload it in the admin panel back at another site...I dont know how different it is

I thought you went to edit panel, clicked on emoticons on the left side of the page, and then write down the URL's into the new smiley bar. What are you having trouble with?

Um........there is a bar to insert the url, a spot to name it, and something that has several different I guess sites. They aren't links.
