I apologize for all my topics today, Storms or EM, you can close them. But I would like to focus all this topic in one area. Here we go. As it seems, there has been a schism between Administrators vs. Members over democracy. Personally, I think we should become a democracy and work out a fairer ranking system.

Anywho, I think we should discuss it all here. Begin discussing. Also, Storms, if you could move all other posts relating to this topic either to this topic, or delete them, that'd be great.

Alright, we'll focus our opinions into this wiry little topic. The actions were brash and make me feel like a mork.

Democracys aren't easy or straightforward. I think we should model ours after the US democracy. Except instead of three branches, three admins. But, I don't think any of the admins should be to friendly, or they'll always team up in and argument. I suggest the three admins to be Abyss, EM, and Banryx.

Let's see, how would we make this a democracy. I say that every year, we vote in three admins. A Judiciary one, a Legislative one, and an Executive one. The Judiciary one makes sure all the rules are fair, the Legislative one proposes rules, and the Executive one enforces the rules.

That'll confuse the members. Though voting would be cool, but EM should always be admin as he's the site's founder. I wonder what would happen if all the members are democratic?

Yeah, I agree EM should always be the sites head admin. Let's say he can only be overuled by the other two admin, and they have to agree. And both of them are voted into their power.

Alright then. I think that's a fair system. But those two admins have equal power. And if any admin goes to far with their power, either the other two admin or the people can vote that person out.

To start things off, I will point out that the U.S. is a republic, not a democracy.

And personally, if we were to established a republic, I'd rather model it off of Rome.

I didn't say that America was a democracy. It's not a republic either. Its a Democratic Republic. Huge difference. And that is what we're modeling it after.

Who knows. But Storms has REALLY gone too far this time. I had over two-thousand posts, and, now we have a bunch of guest posts all over the forum. Really, Storms, do you think this forum would be better off without me? Here's something I don't understand. If you wanted to delete me, why did you ask EM? And if you had changed your mind, why didn't you send EM a PM negating your other one? I think the only fair action would be to delete Storm's account and have him create a new one with zero posts. That would make things fair. Either that or he can't be an admin anymore. After all, he acted boldly, deleted a member, and hasn't contributed to the forum at all. Personally, I think I'd be a better admin than him. Personally, I think he really doesn't empathize very well, and truly, he is a selfish person. It's quite apparent now. And, in my opinion, although I'm sure Abyss and Ceyrox would take my side, I think I should be his replacement, since I'm fair, and, to an extent, more selfless than him. In fact, not really to an extent. I am just more selfless and less anger-prone than him. It's that simple. If this is to be fair, and is to be a democracy, I think it should start now, either impeaching Storms, or votin me in. That or taking a fair action against his post count. Lowering his rank may even suffice.

I have no idea what came over us all. Perhaps it was power, I don't know. Anyway, I agree we must vote for the two other admins...However, we must work on our other problem as well. I think if we keep this appropriate, then the site will be as good as new.

I will abide your new rules, for I think you ARE fair, Sula. As for Storms, I've practically lost all respect for him, and I assure you, that I will listen to no order of his, and probably'll do close to the opposite of what he says.

1. Vote for 2 people, yourself allowed.
2. Vote against 1 person (so their number of votes would go down by 1).

I would say... Myself and Freeze, and then against Banryx.

If you count one, I have one vote and Abyss has three. If everybody gets two votes(Which is probably the most likely at this point), then I have four and Abyss has three. Freeze would have two, and Storms would have one. At this point, it seems like the "vote aginst rule" would be useless. So... I dunno.

Believe it or not, I would have actually voted for Banryx, had he not pulled that stunt. Now, however, I don't think he should even be a mod.

Actually, I didn't have internet for the past 2 weeks. Also, I'm forced to add Storms to our admin list. As long as Banryx and Storms don't fight...we shouldn't have a problem.
