Clear RulesI think we should make the rules, and consequences clearer in the future. I am sure EM will be fair with his decision, so I am not going to suggest anything, its just something I think should be done.
P.S. If anyone that's an admin has the time, can you make me moderator of Other Games, Nintendo Games, and Role Playing Forum again?

Well, the ranking system was never clearly specified. And although it may be common sense to you, some of the best leaders have come to power by userping the throne. Even so, I really just suggested rules.

Alright, I guess ES' first post in this topic contains some rules that we should probably use.

Suggestion:
Old Rules:

New and Improved:
1: Obey Ranks higher than yourself. Ranks: (More will be added when neccessary)
1) Emperor
2) Lord
3) Master (Lower ranked members can also be masters)
4) Military Term (General, Colonel, etc.)
5) Other Term (Assassain, Brilliant, etc.)
Exceptions can be made.
2: Obey the preceding and following rules. Consequences can vary from degree and nature of offense. This can be from post reduction, to banning, or even deletion.
3: Don't use any curse words, porographic material, suggestive themes, etc. Use your head.
4: You can bring any friends to be members, but make sure they use their account, and follow the rules.
5: This rule never made sense to me, wouldn't we want others to join.
6: Don't have fun! It's against the rules to have fun. Mwahahahaha!
7: Suggestions are always welcome, but don't boss people around. Lords usually know best, and when one says your idea is bad, you should probably listen. Exceptions will happen, this will be determined by a 2/3 majority by admins. Or, if this doesn't happen, a poll will open for a week. 3/4 of members who go on during that week must agree to that rule.
8: This "Empire" will be only so in name. It will now be a Democratic system of government run by three admins, representing the three branches of government.
9: Admins must follow these rules as well, but only have to liste to the emperor, not other admins or lords.
10: Admins outrank Lords.
11: Any deletions will be discussed by not only te admins, but the members as well. Unless there is an obvious violation, such as pornographic material. Post are always recomended to be deleted over topics, but sometimes it is simply faster to delete the topic.

Wow, thats a really good list of rules. From now on these are the rules.
Oh, just to let you know, the newer members seem to be equal in power as our Lords. So, Freeze, Abyss, Shadow, and I thought that our old Lords be given the rank "Master". Most of the Lords can not only play, but they seem to know a lot about them. For example, Freeze is almost as powerful as me in pokemon, (but I usually destroy him anyway) and he knows, or makes up all these crazy strategies no one would think of. 8) Anyway, heres the new rankings....
1) Emperor
2) Masters (more experienced Lords)
3) Lords (The new ones will be picked later.)
4) General, Colonel, etc.
5) Troops, Assassains, etc. (Brilliant isn't a rank, its more of a name.)
6) Noob

Well, I don't think they should have to change their names, say, if Assassin Kaen moves up a rank, he would have to change his name to Colonel Kaen or something. But I do think that is a good ranking system. Although I propose a few more ranks and an essential way to advance a rank. All titles will be of the game you are of, I.e. Assassin of Pokemon or Lord of Resistance 2, and so on... if that's okay.
1) Emperor
2) Masters
3) Advancing Lords
4) Lords
5) Military rank
6) Miscallaneous rank
7) New member
8) Janitor

Voted officials- I don't know where they should go, but voted in officials should either be two or three, in my opinion. And I'm not just saying that BECAUSE I'm voted in, but because the people should have some power.

That ranking system might do. Btw, Kaen is in fact our newest Lord. I had 6, but I needed 7. As for the other Lord members, they've been that rank for far to long, I think they can just jump to Masters.
As for the admins...If I understand you correctly, you want 2, or more ranks?

Good rules, good ranks, seems satisfactory. Though I think that names like "Assassin of Pokemon" and "Lord of Resistance 2" are too long, and should be put into the person's signature. That's why I just chose a name that has to do with my game and kept Lord Abyss in my signature.
