Actually, I don't remember.
But I'm almost done with my 1st 2 trainees.
Then comes Blissey, Lucario, Togekiss (if I can have yours I would feel good) and, mr. E. I can't think of a good final pokemon.

Btw, Freeze. Hail is equally as useful as Sandstorm and the others. You just need to learn a master strategy.

Hail has a much smaller following. All it has is ice-types, many of which have flaws.

Sandstorm ands Sp. Def. which can turn anything into a tank.

Rain and Sun boost power.

Hail can be useful in the right strategies but Sandstorm can make a better variaiton of those strategies.

Well, actually. I've htought of one more htings.
Hail is only resisted by ice-types so if you want to deal weather dmage it's your ticket.
