Things are slow, lets have a contest.

I want to have a poetry contest. I'll keep this up and see if anyone submits.

The rules are that you must submit a form of poetry, in other words you can post Prose, Ballads, and Haiku's, but no Short Stories. You can have 2 submissions because of the large amount of Poetic Types. The poem can be long, but nothing over 10 pages in Word. All works must be original.

The winner gets to judge the next contest, as normal. But if I can pull some strings the Poem might appear on the website.

If anyone wants to take this over they can. I have some htings I might want to submit actually.

Cool. If you get no competition will either have to make you win by default or render the contest null. Matters.

Well I thought maybe there would be a seperate topic where we post our poems and have the poll set up. Unless there's going to be just a single judge, then the poll would be meaningless.

Perhaps. I was thinking maybe we could make a poll and everyone could vote for their favorite. In the event of a tie maybe you could be judge.

Well, a LOT of things work like that. The Presidential election for that matter, to an extent, unless you count electoral college votes... (But who wouldn't)

You may still submit entries. You may also opt to get a new judge.
