Oceanic Empire Fiction! Help me right the first OE Fiction!

I am trying to make an OE Fiction. (For Short, OEFic) It is a Sci-fi. The story is that the people on this forum are on a Starship, going of to war. They have clashes, on occasion. I am trying to make them kinda resemble the actual people. I have the Character Profiles for Abyss (Who is an Alien), Shadow (A Cheap War Veteran), Sula (The Commander), and Me (A Scientist)

I do not have profiles for anyone else. Sorry, I don't know anyone else good enough (cept for Loki, but didn't know where to stick him.) If anyone wants to be in OEFic then you can put a profile here. I am trying to make this a short story. Probly 25 pages. Right now I need profiles. Thank You.

Oceanic Empire Profiles
Colonel “Ocean” David: Highest Ranking officer on the Vessel. In-charge of the Persephone. Was once in-charge of the Poseidon. Commanding attitude. Does not enjoy having his authority be undermined. His tactics consist of a “Divide and Conquer” strategy. Not strong at tactics. He is a one trick pony in that regard. To describe him, “Strong and Commanding”.
First Lieutenant “Shadow” Adam: First Lieutenant. Served aboard the Hades with Lieutenant Abyss. Known for his rather cheap tactics. He hates it when people call him cheap. He says they are completely legitimate. Some people like that he uses cheap tactics, others don’t. He has varied his strategies from hiding in gravity wells to using an asteroid belt to his advantage. Known for his war strategies. He is very well known for his wisdom in war. Doesn’t like his new rank. It keeps his confined to space vessels and doesn’t allow him to use the KS-9’s. He is stuck on Tyrant vessels. To describe him, “Wisdom makes one crafty.”
Secondary Lieutenant “Freeze” Dave: Second Lieutenant. First time serving aboard a Tyrant. He is into scientific strategy. He is called a theoretical engineer. He creates theories, but does not test them. He created the physics simulator “VirtuoReality”. He thinks he is always right. This leads some people to believe that he is a bit eccentric. He has weird beliefs that are all fueled by math and theories. He has never stepped foot in a KS-9. He only got his rank for saving an Orbiter from an Okar Fleet when he created a Super-Blackhole. He then moved the space station and saved millions. He has a microchip in his brain. To describe him, “The Mad Scientist who doesn’t like being confronted. He’s here because he is smarter than you.”
First Lieutenant “Abyss” Oraja: First Lieutenant. He is half Okar. He is not popular because of his appearance. He is first lieutenant because some people in high positions are not biased. His position makes him quite hated. He also served aboard the Hades before coming onto the Persephone. He didn’t know this, but he had met Adam on the vessel. Adam didn’t like him back then. He is known for being very well balanced. He is weak on tactics, but is an excellent fighter pilot and a strong soldier. He never backs down and follows every order, even if he must do it begrudgingly. To describe him, “Compliant, Strong, and Hated. A mix of good and bad.”
Terminology:
Squidheads, Tentaks, Gnats, any other nasty name: an Okar
Tyrant: A very large starship. The Persphone and the Hades are Tyrants. Holds many KS-9’s in its docking bay. Is headed by anyone of Captain Rank or above. Has many other lesser ranks aboard. Can have up to 20 Lieutenant ranking officers at one time. It is normally used for war. It has Nano-tech weaponry Gravi-tech propulsion. There are powerful computer systems aboard a standard Tyrant. They are run by Heaven/Hell computer networks.
KS-9: A small, on man, fighter pilot. It was made after the KS-8. It uses Proto-tech weaponry and Pulsar-tech propulsion. It is very popular.
Hornet: A Hornet is a starship that is slightly smaller than a Tyrant. The Poseidon was one, so is the Hermes. It caries a much smaller crew than a Tyrant and are not strictly used in war time. Richer citizens are known to own Hornets. It is about ¼ the size of a Tyrant. It is normally part of a small fleet headed by a Tyrant. Slightly slower than a Tyrant, but cheaper to build. It has a stronger version of the Proto-tech weaponry that powers a KS-9. It also uses the Gravi-tech propulsion that moves Tyrants. The computer systems are actually more refined because less of it is focused towards weapons systems and tactical relays.
Orbiters: A basic space station. They are normally tethered to planets with strong gravity fields. They can move under certain circumstances, but they are normally immobile. They have spinning disks to create gravity.
Fins V.1-.5: Fins are slang for Okar ships. Fins are mostly unknown. No one has been inside of one to report about it. The pieces of wreckage that have been salvaged from these vessels show that they are in fact living ships. This biotech engineering is extraordinaire. Many attempts to reverse engineer it have been made. All have failed. Fins look like rather large, squid shaped vessels. The tentacles at the end have been shown to cut through Time-space and propel them forward. Weapon systems have never survived battles, but they range from lasers to missiles. Different Versions have been found. Each one has better and better systems. They have been rated from .1 to .5.
Teeth V.1-.5: Teeth are small ships that are hidden in the Fins. They are used like KS-9’s most of the time. Teeth are also living ships. They are mostly made out of salvaged parts from other ships. They are shaped like the Fins. Instead of tentacles there are propulsion jets for use inside of atmospheres. Only one Tooth has ever been found in good condition. Their weapons systems mirror that of a KS-9, but it s more powerful. The living material in the ship never survives after the main systems are destroyed. It has never been successfully reverse engineered.
Tech:
Nano-tech: Nano-tech is the form of Tech that deals with things at the molecular/cellular level. Nano-tech is normally used aboard a Tyrant or a Science Station. Tyrants use them to rip apart hull armor with the help of nanites, the main tool of Nano-tech. They have recently been revamped in the Okar-Human war. The tool used to destroy the bonds in metal alloys to rip the molecules apart. Now it reprograms the cells inside of Teeth and Fins. The results are always mixed as no living tissue has ever been recovered. They have shut down ships and they have upgraded ships.
Gravi-tech: Gravi-tech is a form of propulsion system used in larger vessels. Gravi-tech is the form of tech that strictly deals with gravitational movement. The engines made through this form of tech are very strong and hardy. They power Tyrants and Hornets through the starry sky. Because of their use of gravity they are quite dangerous. Some scientists believe that they could modify Gravi-tech engines into black hole devices. Very few weapons have been made with this tech discipline. One of them if the tractor beam, but aside from that very few have even made it onto a Tyrant Class vessel.
Proto-tech: Proto-tech is the form of tech that deals with radiation and other similar things. They are found aboard science vessels where they are used normally used as tools and instruments for the scientists. It also crafts weapon systems for most vessels used on the war front, including Hornets and KS-9’s. Proto-tech weaponry uses the splitting of atoms to do ridiculous amounts of damage. These weapons are normally quite explosive. If a ship takes to much damage it can trigger the weapons prematurely, destroying the ship. These weapons are mostly missiles that cause devastating explosions. A KS-9 holds about 10 missiles and 30 mini-rockets. A Hornet can have any number of these weapons.
Pulsar-tech: Pulsar-tech is the form of tech that deals with light and waves of energy. This tech field is not relatively new, but it seems relatively exhausted as not many breakthroughs have come to pass recently. Weapons are normally created with this tech, but communication lines have used this field of tech as well. Weapons made by this form of tech normally appear as lasers. This form of tech has made a propulsion system that has limited results. But it is small, compact, and uses little energy making it quite popular for the use in KS-9’s. Because they use such small engines they can fit a lot of ammunition inside.
Okar-tech: Okar-tech is a form of tech that is being heavily studied. It is the living mesh inside of Okar ships. Little to no breakthroughs have been made on this tech discipline because of the lack of living tissue. Okar-tech is a relatively new field and is attempting to grow. Research is done in heavily guarded areas.
History:
Earth: The Earth was once a world on the edge of a knife. There was war everywhere and pollution destroyed the once lovely sky. People crafted so many theories on what was happening. No one tried to actually fix it. It became popular to go green, but it was having no help. The people were trying to save themselves and they were failing. Then the Second League appeared on scene. They were a fallback program designed to create a way out.
The Second League: The Second League found the way out. They hid themselves underground with a small group of civilians. They survived a nuclear assault launched by the American Government. The world was scarred, and they set themselves to work. They developed The Hera. It was a precursor to the Tyrant. It sent the people into space. In that vessel they lived for 90 days. Then they found New-Terra.
New-Terra: The Second Earth was found using The Hera. It was a small planet, nearly undetectable. Yet it was starting to produce life. They took advantage of it and set up the first colony. Using this base of operations they went across the stars. They developed a basic form of Teraforming and begin to make the barren worlds filled with life. They expanded amongst the stars and steadily grew back into the mighty human race. They called themselves the Terrans. History from earth was nearly erased. They had a legend of the Great Migration that had led them to their world. They grew amongst the stars in size and numbers. They began to develop more technology and also began to refine the technology of previous generations. So they developed weapons, but lived in peace still searching for alien life.
The Okar: The Terrans met the Okar in a colonization mission. All those aboard The Titan were killed. The war begun at that moment. Okar invaded and begun to destroy all that the Terrans held near and dear. It was lucky that they had developed weapons or all their worlds would have fallen. After over more than half of the colonies were wiped out the first model of the Tyrant was created. They created a military force, a first for those of New-Terra. The army was made in a hope to stop the opposing forces of the Okar. The military fought back and begun to push the Okar out of the Terran systems. They fought back and back. Then they hit the homeworld. There were ships more power than they could ever imagine.
Deadlock: After that came an endgame styled deadlock. The ships around the homeworld were more heavily fortified. It was impossible for them to win against them. So they defended themselves and began to develop new technologies. They slowly had themselves focus more and more heavily on weaponry. Slowly the scientific career turned into a weapons dealing operation as war took front stage. People wanted to get rid of the Okar. A few Okar/Human hybrids began to appear, but they were normally rebuked and quite a few of them were murdered in cold blood. The Deadlock would swing slowly in favor of Okar, and then slowly to the Terrans. Both advanced forward in the galactic community and both were entangled in this war. Each one had their own form of technology to use. It was a Deadlock where each race advanced only in the fields of war, all other processes were slowed to a stop.
Present: Weapons are quite refined now. The battle is currently swinging towards an Okar advantage. The story takes place during the launching of the Persephone, a flag-ship in the war. It has an elite crew taken from many walks of life, each who had joined the fleet. They are about to set off and protect the Anjorian Belt Colonies where recent Okar attacks have been reported. After that mission they will proceed to the Okar colonies and wage war against them.

Very interesting, David. I like how you added that I met you guys via Adam and I also like how he (I) is physically abnormal because he's an alien. Also, interestingly enough, I recently changed my avatar to an alien from the movie Predator.

Oh, just a heads up, Banryx will likely be skeptical of this.

First of all, everybody knows aliens are extinct, secondly, it is physically impossible for someone to be half one species, and half the other. Genetically, a child gets half his chromosomes from his mother, and half from father. Every species has a different number of chromosomes, so the person would be a "special," person.

Daedalus is already the name of a ship in some show like Star Trek, Google will provide any further information. I think Hephaestus would be a cool name for it.
